Nurse Practitioner

Chelsie Jones is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in providing continuity of care to patients transitioning from a hospital setting back to their home after orthopedic surgery. Prior to being a practitioner she was a Registered Nurse and worked on the Orthopedic floor for many years.
