Nurse Practitioner

Allison Gaylor is a Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in providing continuity of care to patients transitioning from a hospital setting back to their home after orthopedic surgery. She has worked in pulmonary medicine and primary family medicine for a number of years prior to joining the transitional care team.
